| 1) I am a North Carolina resident in good standing with the
law. I want to stop by your business and get a rifle and a pistol.
Do
you
stock
everything
listed
on
your
web
page? No |
| We are basically a shipping facility
for internet sales. We do not have a "show
room." We keep a small inventory locked in the vault. We probably
won't have in stock what you want. This is not a problem. We get handguns
shipped to us overnight. Long guns usually arrive in 3 days or
less.
We require a security deposit before we can order
the firearm unless you are a repeat customer.

| 2) What paperwork do I need to bring when my pistol or
rifle comes in? |
| To buy a pistol, you must be a North
Carolina resident and have a
permit or CCW. These are issued to you from the sheriff's department in the
county you live in. You must bring a photo id. No permit is needed to buy
a long gun and you can be a resident of any state. |

charge
tax? |
| Yes,
it's
the
law.
We
collect 7%
sales
tax. |
| 3a) Are there any hidden charges that I
need to add to the web prices? For example: Shipping or transfer fees. |
| No. Sales tax is the only amount that needs to be added to
the web prices. Email for the
current price. |
| 3aa) I occasionally order receivers from
online sellers so I can build and sell rifles. What is the FFL transfer fee
if I have 5 receivers shipped to you in one package? |
| The fee is $15 per serial number. There
isn't a cut rate for multiple serial numbers. $15x5 You will
have to pass it on to the buyer. |
| 4) What if I buy the gun and decide it's not the gun for
me? Can I return it? |
| No, it's yours. We
don't operate a "touchy feely" store. Know what you want before
you order it. |
| 5) What if the gun malfunctions and needs to be fixed?
Should I return it to you or the manufacture? |
| Your gun will be under warranty
with the manufacture. Send it to them. |
| 6) Do you take trade-ins?
No |
| 7) Do you sell Benelli shotguns?
No |
| 8) Can you locate a used gun for me? No |
| We specialize in new guns. |
| We are looking forward to doing
business with local customers! FFL transfers are only
$15 per serial number.
